So many choices, it could be overwhelming, but Jennifer, my sales rep, knew what I wanted. Installers were great and so professional in that they noticed I had mold and didn’t just go ahead and lay the floor. I gave it a ‘9’ because I had requested to put new toilets on since they had to take the old ones off. The downstairs bathroom was graciously installed by the company who took care of the mold cause the toilet had to be taken out for new drywall and painting. Unfortunately, the installers could not put the new toilet on upstairs so I’m now having to hire someone else. Other than that, great service! Sincerely, Deb U.

I had my bath room remodeled after getting 4 estimates flooring inter national was the best the tile in shower, walls, and floor looks great their work crews are proficient and courteous my bathroom dosent look like it was stuck in the 70s any more couldent ask for a better job special thanks to Alex he really helped everything go smoothly also Orlando please pardon my punctuation

I had Floor Coverings International replace the carpet in my bedroom with hardwoods. They did an excellent job matching the floors to my main living area and creating a seamless flow. Tammy was very personable and professional and the workers were polite and did a flawless job. The entire job was done in one day. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

We didn’t appreciate being pressured to pay before we had a chance to turn the heated floor on. It had only been two weeks (during the holidays) since work completed, we were working to get the electrician to hook up the thermostat ASAP, and had still not received a final invoice when we received a series of emails and phone calls asking us to pay.

I need a partial refund of what I paid for the job, to make up for all the time I have spent dealing with various problems. 1. Extremely poor quality and long duration of installation of quarter rounds and baseboards, in particular. Had to be redone twice. 2. Damage to existing cable wire. 3. Construction debris left under oven. 4. Construction dust left for me to clean up. Could have been avoided if covered in plastic. 5. I had to ASK for a refund on unused materials that had been invoiced to me. 6. Tile installed in an orientation that is explicitly NOT recommended by the manufacturer. There may be more but this is just off the top of my head.
